摘 要:通过沥青路面层间剪切强度试验,研究竖向应力、粘层材料、洒布温度、洒布量对其影响,结果表明:沥青路面层间抗剪强度与竖向荷载有着良好的线性相关性,Super PCR有着更好的抗剪性能,洒布温度越低,抗剪性能越好,这与沥青的温度敏感性有关;当沥青洒布量较低时,层间抗剪性能逐渐增大,而当沥青洒布量较大时,层间抗剪切强度降低;灰色关联分析中对层间抗剪强度影响排序为:竖向荷载>乳化沥青洒布量>温度,并且竖向荷载关联度达到0.78,而最小的关联度也为0.63,可见总体上这三个影响因素对层间抗剪强度影响显著;严格控制超载、重载现象,减少竖向荷载对沥青路面的力学作用。In this paper,the effects of vertical stress,adhesive material,spreading temperature and spreading amount on the interlayer shear strength of asphalt pavement were studied through the test of interlayer shear strength.The results showed that:there was a good linear correlation between the shear strength of asphalt pavement layers and the vertical load.Super PCR has better shear performance.The lower the spreading temperature,the better the shear performance,which was related to the temperature sensitivity of asphalt.When the asphalt sprinkling quantity was low,the shear strength between layers increases gradually,but when the asphalt sprinkling quantity was large,the shear strength between layers decreased.In the grey correlation analysis,the order of influence on the interlayer shear strength was the vertical load>the amount of emulsified asphalt>the temperature,and the correlation degree of vertical load was 0.78,while the minimum correlation degree was 0.63.The phenomenon of overload and heavy load was strictly controlled to reduce the mechanical effect of vertical load on asphalt pavement.
