摘 要:利用磁控溅射和光刻工艺制备不同桥翼形状爆炸箔,开展桥翼形状对爆炸箔电爆特性及飞片速度的影响研究。研究表明:改变桥翼形状对电学特性影响较小,圆形桥翼获得电压/电流曲线与传统蝶形桥翼一致;飞片速度随着电压提高而增加,当电压为4.7k V时,圆形桥翼爆炸箔飞片速度为3251m/s,较蝶形桥翼爆炸箔飞片速度(3073m/s)有一定提升,但增幅较小;剪切后飞片形状表明圆形桥翼增加桥翼爆发临界值,电流更为有效地被利用于桥区的等离子体过程中。The exploding foil with different shape wings was synthesized by magnetron sputtering deposition and lithograph method,the influences of exploding foil wings on electrical characteristics and flyer velocity were performed in detail.The experimental results show that the exploding electrical characteristics are almost identical between circle foil wing and traditional bow-tie foil wing,the flyer velocity increases as increasing inputting voltages,the flyer velocity of circle foil wing is about 3251 m/s as inputting voltages of 4700 V,while that of bow-tie foil wing comes to 3073 m/s,the improvement value is small.The analysis of flyer shape presents that the exploding foil with circle wing is difficult to attain the threshold exploding energy,which is benefit for improving the current density.
