摘  要:利用往复式摩擦磨损试验机测试了镁合金、铝合金、钛合金和铜合金分别在1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体和水中的摩擦磨损性能.扫描电镜、三维轮廓仪、能谱和X射线光电子能谱等测试结果表明:镁合金和铝合金在离子液体中的摩擦因数明显低于水中的摩擦因数,钛合金和铜合金在两种液体中的摩擦因数无明显差别;然而,镁合金和铝合金在离子液体中的磨损率比水中更大,钛合金和铜合金在两种液体中的磨损率差异较小.这是因为金属活性高的合金在离子液体中的主要磨损形式为腐蚀磨损,故磨损率更大.Using 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid and water as lubricating liquid,the tribological behaviors of MgZr,A380 aluminum,TC4 titanium and H59 copper alloys are tested by a reciprocating tribometer.The results of scanning electron microscopy,three-dimensional profiler,energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy show that the friction factors of magnesium and aluminum alloys in ionic liquid are obviously lower than that in water.However,the ionic liquid has a little effect on the friction factors of titanium and copper alloys.The wear rate of magnesium and aluminum alloys in ionic liquid is higher than that in water,while the difference in wear rate of titanium and copper alloys in both media is very small.This is attributed to the corrosion wear for the alloys with high surface activity in ionic liquid.
