摘 要:对上下弦杆灌浆的方钢管桁架-混凝土组合梁在竖向荷载下的受弯承载力进行试验研究,同时采用Abaqus有限元软件建立数值模型,对比组合梁竖向荷载-跨中挠度曲线、上下弦钢管应变变化曲线的试验和模拟数据,分析受力过程机理,在此基础上建立了方钢管桁架-混凝土组合梁正截面受弯承载力计算公式.研究结果表明:弦杆灌浆的方钢管桁架-混凝土组合梁具有较高的承载力和良好的延性性能;组合梁受弯承载力随着下弦钢管截面面积的增加而增大,而上弦钢管截面面积和节点间距对组合梁受弯承载力影响不大;建立的正截面受弯承载力计算公式与试验结果吻合.研究结果可为同类组合梁的工程应用提供参考.Test on the flexural bearing capacity of grouted-filled square steel tube truss concrete beams under vertical load is carried out,and the finite element numerical model is established by software Abaqus.The vertical load versus mid-span deflection curves and the strain changes for steel tube chords are compared with tests,and the working mechanism of the whole loading process is analyzed.On this basis,the formula for cross-sectional flexural bearing capacity of the grouted-filled square steel tube truss concrete beam is established.The results indicates that the grouted-filled square steel tube truss concrete beam behaves good mechanical properties;in addition,the flexural bearing capacities of the grouted-filled square steel tube truss concrete beam increase with the increase of the areas of the lower chords,whilst the area of the upper chords and the truss joint spacing have no significant influence on the flexural bearing capacities.The study results could be used as a reference for the engineering application of such composite beams.
