摘 要:针对整体现浇或预制式混凝土管廊存在环境影响大、施工质量不易保证、节段吊装重量受限制、接缝多、施工工期长等问题,提出一种新型装配式钢塑复合综合管廊结构.根据弹性力学理论计算片状模塑料(sheet molding compound, SMC)平板的最大应力和最大变形,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对其进行形状优化,建立综合管廊的三维模型,分析管廊填埋时的力学性能,并运用应变电测技术对管廊填埋过程进行现场测试.结果表明:装配式钢塑复合综合管廊满足设计要求,可应用于实际工程中.Aiming at the various problems of integral cast-in-site or prefabricated concrete pipe gallery such as great environmental impact,difficult construction quality assurance,limited weight of hoisting section,numerous seams and long construction period,a new structure of fabricated steel-plastic composite pipe gallery is designed.According to the theory of Elastic Mechanics,the maximum stress and deformation of SMC(Sheet Molding Compound)plate are calculated.The plate shape is optimized and a three-dimensional model of the composite pipe gallery is established by using ANSYS simulation software.With this model,the mechanical properties of the pipe gallery during backfilling are analyzed and then the field test of the pipe gallery landfill process is carried out by using the strain electrical measuring technology.The results show that the fabricated steel-plastic composite pipe gallery meets the design requirements and can be used in practical projects.
