综合康复护理对冠心病介入术后预防深静脉血栓形成及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的研究综合康复护理对冠心病介入术后预防深静脉血栓形成及预后的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年1月~2019年12月本院接收的冠心病介入术后患者280例分为两组,对照组140例进行常规护理,观察组140例进行综合康复护理。比较两组的并发症发生情况、穿刺肿胀度、住院时间、Barthel指数、生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,穿刺肿胀度小于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的Barthel指数、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病介入术后患者实施综合康复护理可有效预防深静脉血栓形成,有利于改善患者的预后效果,对患者尽早康复有利。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing(CRN)on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)and the prognosis after the percutaneous coronary intervention(PTCI).Methods According to random number table method,280 patients having undergone PTCI admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into two groups,with 140 patients in the control group who received conventional nursing and 140 patients in the observation group who received CRN.The occurrence of complications,degree of puncture swelling,hospitalization time,Barthel index and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the patients of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the degree of puncture swelling was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After interventions,the Barthel index and quality of life scores of the patients in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion CRN for the patients having undergone PTCI can effectively prevent DVT,which is conducive to improving the prognosis for the patients and to the early recovery of the patients.
