摘　　要：目的对新时期影响保健干部健康的危险因素进行综合评估,并提出有效的健康管理策略。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,选取自2016年1月~2019年6月烟台市保健定点医院1148名保健干部,利用二分类Logistic回归对健康问题的影响因素进行分析,利用多元线性回归对慢性病自评情况进行分析,归纳保健干部健康状况的基本情况,梳理影响该群体健康的危险因素。结果健康危险因素在保健干部群体中普遍存在,其中吸烟、饮酒、缺乏体育锻炼、体重超重是影响该群体的主要危险因素;较大部分保健干部患有慢性病,且所患病种不止一项,其中高血压、关节炎、心绞痛等病种所占比例较大。结论通过分析保健干部健康行为及慢性病危险因素,进一步改进现有保健工作中的薄弱环节,建立有效的保健干部健康综合评估机制,对于科学开展保健干部健康管理工作具有重要的指导意义。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the risk factors affecting the health of health cadres in the new era,and put forward effective health management strategies.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1148 health cadres in Yantai city’s designated hospitals for health care from January 2016 to June 2019.Binary Logistic regression(BLR)was used to analyze the influencing factors of health problems,and multiple linear regression(MLR)was used to analyze the self-evaluation of chronic diseases.The basic health conditions of health cadres were summarized and the risk factors affecting the health of the group were sorted out.Results Health risk factors were common among health cadres,among which smoking,drinking,lack of physical exercise and overweight were the main risk factors affecting the group.Most of the health cadres suffered from several kinds of chronic diseases,among which hypertension,arthritis,angina pectoris,etc.accounted for a large proportion.Conclusion Through the analysis of the health behaviors and risk factors of chronic diseases of health cadres,the weak links in the existing health care work can be further improved and an effective comprehensive health assessment mechanism for health cadres can be established,which is of important guiding significance for scientific promotion of health management of health cadres.
