大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛的效果。方法选取本院2017年5月—2019年5月收治的癌症晚期患者58例,按随机对照原则分为两组,各29例。两组均给予羟考酮缓释片镇痛治疗,参照组采用小剂量羟考酮缓释片镇痛,研究组采用大剂量羟考酮缓释片镇痛,对比两组治疗前后疼痛数字表法(numerical rating scale,NRS)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分。结果两组治疗前NRS评分、PSQI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后研究组NRS评分及PSQI评分低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛效果明显,可改善睡眠质量。Objective To analyze the effect of high-dose oxycodone sustained release tablets in the treatment of advanced cancer pain.Methods Fifty-eight patients with advanced cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,with 29 cases each according to the principle of randomized control.Both groups were given oxycodone sustained release tablets for analgesia,the control group received low-dose oxycodone sustained release tablets for analgesia,and the study group received high-dose oxycodone sustained release tablets for analgesia.The numerical rating scale(NRS)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score before and after treatment were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in NRS score and PSQI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while the NRS score and PSQI score in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose Oxycodone Sustained Release Tablets can improve the quality of sleep.
