摘　　要：目的分析不同中药炮制方法对中药饮片临床效果的影响。方法收集2018年1月—2019年6月本院收治的80例行中药治疗患者的治疗数据资料,采用随机数字表法进行分组研究,其中对比组(n=40)中药饮片行用水处理前分档,研究组(n=40)中药饮片行用水处理前联合炮制前分档,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者中药饮片治疗最终总有效率为90.00%,高于对比组的62.50%,不良反应发生率为12.50%,低于对比组的32.50%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对中药饮片行水处理前联合炮制前分档的中药炮制方法对其临床效果影响较大,与单一炮制方法相比能够显著提升药物的治疗效果,且患者用药后临床不良反应发生率较低。Objective To analyze the influence of different processing methods on the clinical effect of Chinese herbal pieces.Methods The data of 80 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to June 2019 were collected and divided into groups by random number table method for study.Among them,the Chinese herbal pieces in the control group(n=40)were divided into different grades before water treatment,and the Chinese herbal pieces in the study group(n=40)were divided into different grades before water treatment and process.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,higher than 62.50%of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.50%,lower than 32.50%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine before the water treatment combined with the preparation of different grades has a great influence on its clinical effect.Comparing the single preparation method,it can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of the medicine,and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions of patients is low,so it is worth widely used in the clinical bed.
