经皮神经电刺激联合针灸治疗面神经炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析经皮神经电刺激联合针灸治疗面神经炎临床疗效。方法筛选出本院2018年1月—2019年12月诊治的92例面神经炎患者,根据不同疗法纳入A组与B组,各46例,A组予以常规西药、针灸治疗,B组予以经皮神经电刺激、针灸和常规西药治疗,对比两组的临床疗效与面神经功能改善情况。结果 B组的总有效率为95.7%,高于A组的78.3%,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,B组的面神经功能评分为(16.7±3.2)分,高于A组的(13.1±3.9)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上实施经皮神经电刺激联合针灸治疗面神经炎临床疗效确切,可明显提高患者的面神经功能,可推荐使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with acupuncture on facial neuritis.Methods A total of 92 patients with facial neuritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to different therapies,46 patients in group A and group B were included.Group A was treated with conventional western medicine and acupuncture,and group B was treated with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,acupuncture and conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy and improvement of facial nerve function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group B was 95.7%,higher than 78.3%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial nerve function score of group B was(16.7±3.2)points,which was higher than that of group A(13.1±3.9)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the clinical effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with acupuncture on facial neuritis is definite,which can significantly improve the facial nerve function of patients and can be recommended.
