袋鼠式护理方案改善早产儿经口喂养的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析在改善早产儿经口喂养中应用袋鼠式护理方案的临床效果。方法对本院在2018年7月—2019年7月收治的80例早产儿进行研究,利用随机数字表法分组,每组40例,对比组早产儿行常规护理,研究组早产儿在常规护理基础上行袋鼠式护理,对比两组患者护理后早产儿恢复情况和并发症发生率。结果研究组早产儿恢复情况明显优于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组早产儿护理后并发症发生率为15.00%,低于对比组早产儿的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在改善早产儿经口喂养中应用袋鼠式护理方案的临床效果显著,故值得在临床中广泛使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of kangaroo nursing scheme in improving oral feeding of premature infants.Methods 80 cases of preterm infants admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were studied and divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received kangaroo nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and the recovery of premature infants and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of preterm infants in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was 15.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(37.5%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangaroo nursing program has a significant clinical effect in improving the oral feeding of premature infants,so it is worth widely used in clinic.
