药学服务改善老年高血压患者用药依从性及疗效的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨药学服务改善老年高血压患者用药依从性及疗效的效果。方法选择2018年10月—2019年10月前来该院接受诊疗的100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,并以抽签方式对其均等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规服务,观察组采取药学服务,对两组血压情况及用药依从性进行对比。结果观察组收缩压及舒张压分别为(126.42±12.37)mmHg、(75.64±7.42)mmHg,优于对照组的收缩压(137.58±13.64)mmHg及舒张压(87.12±8.51)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=5.637、6.082,P<0.05);观察组的用药依从率(98.00%)高于对照组的用药依从率(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.983,P<0.05)。结论药学服务能够有效改善老年高血压患者的用药依从性,从而使血压水平得到明显的改善。Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical services to improve medication compliance and curative effect in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 100 elderly hypertensive patients who came to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into observation group and control group by lot drawing.The control group took routine services and the observation group took pharmaceutical services to compare the blood pressure and medication compliance of the two groups.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were(126.42±12.37)mmHg and(75.64±7.42)mmHg,respectively,which were better than those in the control group(137.58±13.64)mmHg and(87.12±8.51)mmHg.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.637,6.082,P<0.05);the medication compliance rate of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.983,P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical services can effectively improve the medication compliance of elderly hypertensive patients,so that the blood pressure level is significantly improved.
