摘 要:目的探讨血常规、凝血常规分析前影响检验结果的相关因素。方法收集2018年5月—2019年5月于该院进行血常规、凝血常规检验的健康体检者76名,采用随机数表法分为A组、B组,每组38名,均抽取空腹静脉血,A组抽血后进行离心取上清研究时平行分装3份,分别在样本离心后即刻(T0)、离心后静置4 min(T1)、离心后静置8 min(T2)检测血常规指标:血小板(PLT)、WBC(白细胞计数)数值并加以比较;B组分3次抽取血样,在加压带使用即刻(t0)、加压带使用1 min(t1),加压带使用2 min(t2),在抽样即刻检验凝血常规指标:凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)数值并加以比较。结果①A组血常规检验结果显示,与T0时刻相比,T1时刻A组血样的PLT、WBC数值差异无统计学意义(t=1.180、1.925,P=0.242、0.058>0.05),但T2时刻A组血样的PLT数值(182.7±16.1)×109/L较T0时刻(206.5±17.8)×109/L显著降低(t=6.113,P=0.000);②B组凝血常规检验结果显示,与t0时刻相比,t1时刻B组血样的PT、TT数值变化差异无统计学意义(t=1.849、1.003,P=0.068、0.319>0.05),但t2时刻B组血样的PT(9.2±0.2)s、TT(17.9±0.8)s数值较t0时刻显著降低(t=14.620、5.734,P=0.000、0.000<0.05);TT与t0时刻比(t=5.734,P=0.000)。结论血液标本的静置时间和采样方式均会影响血常规及凝血常规分析结果,血液检验应尽量在采集后短时间内完成、减少加压带时间,以保障检验结果的准确性和可靠性。Objective To explore the related factors that affect the test results before analysis of blood routine and coagulation routine.Methods A total of 76 healthy people who underwent routine blood and coagulation tests in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were collected.They were divided into groups A and B by random number table method.Each group of 38 patients,fasting venous blood were obtained.Group A was centrifuged after drawing blood.The supernatant was collected in parallel and divided into three parts.The samples were tested immediately after centrifugation(T0),4 minutes after centrifugation(T1),and 8 minutes after centrifugation(T2).Conventional indicators:Platelet(PLT)and WBC(white blood cell count)values and compare them;component B draws blood samples three times,immediately after using the compression belt(t0),using the compression belt for 1 min(t1),and using the compression belt for 2 min(t2),immediately check the routine coagulation indexes after sampling:the values of prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT)and compare them.Results 1.The blood routine test results of group A showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the PLT and WBC values of the blood samples of group A at time T1 compared to time T0(t=1.180,1.925,P=0.242,0.058>0.05),but the PLT value of the blood sample in group A at time T2(182.7±16.1)×109/L was significantly lower than that at time T0(206.5±17.8)×109/L(t=6.113,P=0.000);2.Routine blood coagulation test results of group B showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the PT and TT values of blood samples of group B at time t1 compared to time t0(t=1.849,1.003,P=0.068,0.319>0.05),but the PT(9.2±0.2)s and TT(17.9±0.8)s values of group B blood samples at time t2 were significantly lower than those at time t0(t=14.620,5.734,P=0.000,0.000<0.05).Conclusion The resting time and sampling method of blood specimens will affect the results of blood routine and coagulation routine analysis.Blood tests should be completed within a short time a
