磁共振磁敏感加权成像技术在脑微出血诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究在脑微出血诊断中运用磁共振磁敏感加权成像技术的临床价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年5月间该院收治的90例脑微出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(磁共振磁敏感加权成像技术诊断)和对照组(磁共振常规序列诊断)各45例。比较两组诊断结果和诊断满意度情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组诊断检出率(95.56%)、确诊率(93.33%)较高,误诊率(2.22%)、漏诊率(4.44%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.150、12.654、10.051、13.528,P<0.05);同时,相比于对照组(80.00%),观察组诊断满意度(95.56%)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.014,P<0.05)。结论在脑微出血诊断中运用磁共振磁敏感加权成像技术进行诊断,可以实现对患者疾病的有效诊断,能够有效提高阳性检出率和确诊率,且具有较高的诊断认可度,可以在临床诊疗中提供有效的参考依据,其临床价值较显著。Objective To explore the clinical value of magnetic resonance weighted imaging technology in the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Ninety patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group(diagnosed by magnetic resonance magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging technology)and a control group(routine magnetic resonance routine sequence)according to the random number table method,45 people each.Compare the diagnosis results and satisfaction of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher diagnostic detection rate(95.56%),definite diagnosis rate(93.33%),lower misdiagnosis rate(2.22%),and missed diagnosis rate(4.44%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.150,12.654,10.051,13.528,P<0.05);at the same time,compared with the control group(80.00%),the observation group's diagnostic satisfaction(95.56%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=14.014,P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage,the use of magnetic resonance weighted imaging technology for diagnosis can achieve effective diagnosis of patients'diseases,can effectively improve the positive detection rate and the diagnosis rate,and has a high degree of diagnostic acceptance,which can provide effective reference basis in diagnosis and treatment,its clinical value is more significant.
