摘　　要：目的探讨封闭负压引流术(VSD)应用于腹腔间室综合征切开减压中的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年7月收治的82例腹腔间室综合征切开减压患者进行研究,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各41例,对照组接受常规处理,观察组加用VSD,对两组康复情况进行比较。结果两组治疗前腹内压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后腹内压(12.10±2.76)cmH2O明显低于对照组,肠瘘患者伤口缩小至可接造口袋时间(32.79±5.18)d较对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.821、9.067,P<0.05);观察组患者切口感染、压疮、切口周围皮炎等并发症发生率4.88%明显较对照组39.02%低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.951,P<0.05)。结论VSD应用于腹腔间室综合征切开减压中效果满意,可促进腹压下降,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the effect of closed negative pressure drainage(VSD)in decompression of abdominal cavity syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with incisional decompression of intra-abdominal compartment syndrome treated from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected for study.Random number table method was divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 41 cases.The control group received routine treatment.VSD was added to the observation group to compare the recovery of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in intra-abdominal pressure before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The intra-abdominal pressure(12.10±2.76)cmH2O of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(32.79±5.18)d was shorter than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=8.821,9.067,P<0.05);the incidence of complications such as wound infection,pressure ulcers,and dermatitis around the incision in the observation group was significantly higher than 4.88%lower than the control group of 39.02%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=13.951,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of VSD in incision decompression of abdominal compartment syndrome is satisfactory,it can promote the decrease of abdominal pressure and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
