摘  要:电缆温度会直接限制电缆的输送能力,隧道内电缆温度场的研究对准确评估隧道敷设电缆的输送能力至关重要.文中以YJLW03-127/220-1×1000电缆为例,应用ANSYS有限元仿真软件建立隧道敷设电缆模型,并设计了隧道敷设电缆稳态温升试验,测量了不同环境温度下的电缆各层温度.最后应用该计算方法建立模型研究了不同环境温度、空气对流换热系数、单回路电缆相间距以及双回路电缆的回路间距变化对电缆载流量的影响,并进行实例计算,分析隧道敷设八回路电缆的载流能力.试验和计算结果显示,不同温度下隧道电缆载流量计算值与试验值误差不超过5%,因此利用该计算方法计算隧道电缆载流量满足工程应用的要求;环境温度与空气对流换热系数是影响电缆载流量的关键因素;电缆相间距以及回路间距是影响电缆载流量的关键因素,应综合考虑设计间距.Temperature is a direct factor that restricts the current carrying capacity of a cable in a tunnel.Studying the distribution of the temperature field of a cable in a tunnel is very important to accurately evaluate the current carrying capacity of a cable laying in a tunnel.This paper takes the YJLW03-127/220-1×1000 cable as an example,applies ANSYS finite element simulation software to establish the electromagnetic-temperature field coupling model of the tunnel laying cable,and designs the steady-state temperature rise test of the tunnel laying cable,and measures the actual ambient temperature.Temperature distribution.Finally,the calculation method was used to establish a model to study the effect of different ambient temperatures,air convection heat transfer coefficients,phase spacing of single-loop cables,and loop spacing of dual-loop cables on the current carrying capacity of the cables,and an example calculation was performed to analyze the laying of eight-loop cables in the tunnel.Current carrying capacity.The test and calculation results show that the error between the calculated value and the test value of the tunnel cable ampacity at different temperatures does not exceed 5%.Therefore,the calculation method of the calculated current capacity of the tunnel cable meets the requirements of engineering applications;the ambient temperature and air convection heat transfer coefficients affect the cable The key factor of the current carrying capacity;the phase spacing of the cables and the circuit spacing are also the key factors affecting the current carrying capacity of the cables.The spacing should be designed in strict accordance with the requirements of the regulations.
