摘  要:针对我国600 MW亚临界机组汽轮机本体大修、高压调门解体大修后,机组运行特性发生改变,原有高压调门流量特性已经不能满足现有的机组运行需要,导致机组整体经济性较差.同时阀门重叠度较差会导致机组运行过程中高压调门波动较大.为了改善上述缺陷,提高机组经济性和安全性,本文通过现场实际运行试验对机组滑压曲线进行优化,修改阀门重叠度.最终高压调门运行稳定性明显提高,机组整体经济性有了显著上升.The operation characteristics of 600MW Subcritical Units in China have been changed after the turbine body overhaul and the high-pressure control valve disassembly overhaul.The original flow characteristics of the high-pressure control valve can no longer meet the requirements of the existing unit operation,resulting in poor overall economy of the unit.At the same time,the poor overlap of valves will cause the fluctuation of high-pressure control valve during the operation of the unit.In order to improve the above defects and improve the economy and safety of the unit,this paper optimizes the sliding pressure curve of the unit and modifies the valve overlap degree through the field actual operation test.Finally,the operation stability of the high-pressure control valve was significantly improved,and the overall economy of the unit was significantly improved.
