摘　　要：作为政治合法性的基石,政治信任对政治体系的良性运转具有重要意义。政治效能感主要指个体对自身政治能力的感觉,主要反映在个体与政府、政策以及所有政治系统的关系方面,是构成民众政治参与的前提条件之一,并与社会公平感、政治信任密切相关。构建政治效能感通过社会公平感这一中介变量影响政治信任的理论框架,并基于2017年"当代中国社会公平感状况"全国问卷调查数据,应用结构方程模型,采用自动重复抽样技术对中介效应进行了检验,可得出主要研究结论如下:第一,政治效能感直接影响社会公平感,二者正相关;第二,社会公平感直接影响政治信任,二者也呈正相关关系;第三,政治效能感不仅能直接影响政治信任,而且能通过社会公平感间接影响政治信任,即社会公平感在政治效能感和政治信任之间发挥部分中介作用。政治效能感和社会公平感均对政治信任产生重要影响,提升公众政治效能感是提升社会公平感和政治信任的重要途径。Political trust as the cornerstone of political legitimacy is of great significance to the virtuous operation of political system. The sense of political efficacy mainly refers to the individual’s sense of their own political ability, which is mainly reflected in the relationship between the individual and the government, policies and all political systems. Being one of the preconditions for the people’s political participation, it is closely related to the sense of social justice and political trust. The author undertakes to construct the theoretical framework of political efficacy influencing political trust through social justice, and based on the national questionnaire survey data of "sense of social justice in contemporary China" in 2017, employing structural equation model and bootstrap technology to test the mediating effect, reached the main research conclusions as follows: first, political efficacy affect the sense of social justice directly, both are positively correlated;second, social justice functions political trust, and they are also positively correlated;third, political efficacy can not only directly affect political trust, but also indirectly affect political trust through social justice, that is, social justice plays a partial intermediary role between political efficacy and political trust. Both political efficacy and social justice have an important impact on political trust. Enhancing public political efficacy is an important way to improve social fairness and political trust.
