高等教育工程人才的“九双”模式实践教学体系的构建

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国高等教育教学改革的不断深入,实践教学体系改革日益成为我国高等教育教学领域研究的重点问题。“九双”模式的实践教学体系是由目标体系、内容体系、条件体系、管理体系以及评价体系组成,包括实践教学体系与理论教学体系并重的“双轨”同步的实践教学模式,校内实践基地与校外实践基地的“双基地”建设,文化理论型教师和实践技能型教师结合或两者兼能的教师及专兼职教师结合施教的“双师”施教,学生在毕业时同时获取毕业文凭及职业资格证书的“双证”融通,产学结合、校企合作的“双元”合作的办学模式,同时制定理论教学大纲和实践教学大纲的“双纲”并举措施,企业参与实践教学管理的“双边”互动管理,学生职业能力和创新能力培养的“双能力”培养及理论知识和实践能力考核的“双考核”评价。“九双”模式的实践教学体系将实践教学由过去从属地位上升为主体教学地位,使学生的实践能力的培养落实到实处,真正确保了实践教学的质量。In recent years,with the deepening reform of higher education teaching,the reform of practical teaching system has become a key issue in the field of higher education teaching in our country.In this paper the practice teaching system proposed can be briefly summarized as the“nine pairs”mode,which consists of a target system,a content system,a condition system,a management system,and an evaluation system,And they include the“dual track”synchronous practice teaching mode with practice teaching system and theoretical teaching system,the“double base”construction mode of on-campus practice bases and off-campus practice bases,the“double teachers”mode with cultural theory and practical skills combined,the“double certificate”mode with graduation diploma and vocational qualification certificate when students graduate,the“dual element”mode with cooperation between producing and learning or schools and enterprises,the“dual outline”with theoretical and practical syllabuses formulated necessarily,the“bilateral”interactive practical teaching management with enterprises participating,students’“double ability”cultivation with vocational ability and innovation ability training,as well as the“double combination”assessment on theoretical knowledge and practical ability.The“nine pairs”mode practice teaching system,upgrading the practice teaching from the previous status to the main teaching status,truly ensures the quality of practical teaching because the cultivating students'practical ability is implemented to the actual place.
