摘 要:综合考虑多级物流网络参数的模糊性以及设施选址及设施间流量的选择决策,以最小化物流网络的总成本为目标,采用基于可信性理论的期望值规划和机会约束规划方法,构建了目标和约束条件双重模糊的闭环物流网络模糊规划模型。根据问题的特点,以MATLAB为平台,编写一个基于双层优先级编码的Memetic算法代码,并分别利用算法和LINGO对若干算例的求解结果进行了对比分析。结果验证了所提算法的可行性,并就置信水平的变化进行了分析,表明了模糊规划模型的实用性。Considering the fuzziness of multi-level logistics network parameters and the decision-making of facility location and inter-facility flow,and aiming at minimizing the total cost of logistics network,a closed-loop logistics network fuzzy rule with fuzziness objectives and constraints was constructed by using the method of expectation planning and chance-constrained programming based on credibility theory.According to the characteristics of the problem,a code based on bi-level priority encoding Memetic algorithm was wrote in MATLAB.By using the Memetic algorithm,Genetic algorithm and LINGO,the results of several numerical examples were compared and analyzed.The result verified the feasibility of the proposed Memetic algorithm,and the analysis included the variation of confidence level showed that the fuzzy programming model was applicable.
