摘  要:对双环戊二烯加氢石油树脂的制备工艺进行了研究,考察了关键指标对产品性能的影响,建立了热聚合动力学模型,确定了较为适宜的聚合和加氢工艺条件,最佳热聚合工艺条件:反应压力1.8~2.0MPa、预热温度190℃、反应温度245℃左右、停留时间4.5~5.0h。最佳加氢工艺条件:反应温度210~220℃、反应压力11.0~12.0MPa、空速0.6h^-1。通过性能指标分析表明,自制样品软化点、色泽、相对分子质量分布和溴值等性能指标均达到或优于进口产品。The preparation process of the dicyclopentadiene hydrogenated petroleum resin is studied,the influence of the key indexes on the product’s performance is investigated;the kinetic model of thermal polymerization is established,and the suitable polymerization and hydrogenation process conditions are determined.The optimal thermal polymerization process conditions are listed as follows:the reaction pressure is 1.8~2.0 MPa,the preheating temperature is 190℃,the reaction temperature is 245℃and the residence time is 4.5~5.0 h.The optimal hydrogenation conditions are presented as follows:the reaction temperature is 210~220℃,the reaction pressure is 11.0~12.0 MPa and the space velocity is 0.6 h^-1.The analysis of the performance indexes shows that the softening point,color,molecular weight distribution and the bromine value of the self-made samples are all e-qual to or better than those of the imports.
