摘　　要：制备了一种低气味丙烯酸酯结构胶,并研究了不同低气味单体及用量、增韧剂用量、氧化-还原体系用量等对结构胶性能的影响。配方优化后制备的结构胶的组成包括A组分和B组分,其中,A组分包括:甲基丙烯酸甲酯为20%(wt)、甲基丙烯酸-2-苯氧基乙基为17%(wt)、四氢呋喃甲基丙烯酸酯为17%(wt)、N,N-二甲基苯胺为0.8%(wt),抗冲击剂B-564为36.6%(wt),丁二烯橡胶为3%(wt),液体丁腈树脂Nipol 1312为5%(wt),阻聚剂叔丁基邻苯二酚为0.03%(wt),磷酸酯类金属附着力促进剂0.57%。B组分包括:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为65%(wt)、过氧化苯甲酰为20%(wt)、抗冲击剂B-564为15%(wt)。A组分与B组分的质量比为10∶1,结构胶的拉伸剪切强度为17.8MPa,断裂伸长率为190%,固化时间为10min。A low odor acrylate structural adhesive is prepared,and the effects of different low odor monomers and dosage,the amount of toughen-ing agent and oxidation-reduction system on the performance of the structural adhesive are studied.The optimal composition of the prepared struc-tural adhesive includes component A and component B,wherein component A includes methyl methacrylate 20 wt%,2-phenoxyethyl methacry-late17 wt%,tetrahydrofuran methacrylate 17 wt%,N,N-dimethylaniline 0.8 wt%,anti-impact agent B-56436.6 wt%,butadiene rubber 3 wt%,liquid ni-trile resin Nipol 13125 wt%,polymerization inhibitor tert-butyl catechol 0.03 wt%,phosphate ester metal adhesion promoter 0.57 wt%;and component B includes:dibutyl phthalate 65 wt%,benzoyl peroxide 20 wt%,and anti-impact agent B-56415 wt%.The mass ratio of component A to component B is 10:1,the tensile shear strength,the elongation at break and the curing time of the structural adhesive is 17.8 MPa,190%and 10 min respectively.
