摘 要:高温节能复合陶瓷涂料是一种防护性材料,在以往的研究中,对其防腐性能的研究不够充分,因此配制涂料的防腐蚀性试剂,制备了全新的陶瓷涂料,通过添加弱腐蚀试剂——氯化钠溶液,测试试样涂层在100d内的防腐状态。实验将9个试样分为三组,每一组中各有3个独立试样,3组涂层厚度分别为20mm、25mm以及30mm。在45d的实验测试中,厚度为20mm的试样出现腐蚀斑点,厚度为30mm的试样涂层大量脱落,直观视觉上,涂层厚度为25mm的试样涂层防腐性能更强。为证明此实验结果,利用电子显微镜,将浸泡30d、60d以及100d的试样B2涂层放大到2000倍和20000倍,根据涂层组织结构可知,在长达100d的实验测试中,B2试样涂层其表层完全反应,由蜂窝结构变为海绵结构,最后演变为无数针状结构堆积而成的网状结构,形成一个"防护墙",经计算可知,其腐蚀性速率为0.52g/m^2h,远低于国际的6g/m^2h标准要求。可见此次制备的高温节能复合陶瓷涂料,当涂层厚度为25mm时,其防腐性能最强。The high temperature and energy-saving composite ceramic coating is a kind of protective material.The past research on its anti-corro-sion performance is not enough.Therefore,the anti-corrosion agent of the coating is compounded to prepare a new ceramic coating.By adding weak corrosion agent sodium chloride solution,the anti-corrosion state of the sample coating is tested within 100 days.Nine samples are divided into three groups.Each group has three independent samples,and the coating thickness is 20 mm,25 mm and 30 mm respectively.In the 45-day experiment,the corrosion spots appear in the samples with the thickness of 20 mm,and the samples with the thickness of 30 mm fall off a lot.From the visual sense,the coating with the thickness of 25 mm has stronger anti-corrosion performance.In order to prove the experimental results,the electron microscope is adopted to enlarge B2 coatings of samples which have soaked for 30 days,60 days and 100 days to 2000 times and 20000 times.According to the coat-ing structure,in the 100-day experimental test,the surface layer of B2 coating reacts completely,and changes from honeycomb structure to sponge structure,and finally changes to a network structure formed by numerous needle like structures,just like a"protecting wall".According to the calcula-tion,the corrosion rate of the"protecting wall"is 0.52 g/m2 h,which is much lower than the international standard which is 6 g/m^2 h.It can be seen that when the coating thickness is 25 mm,the anti-corrosion performance of the prepared high temperature and energy-saving composite ceramic coating is the highest.
