摘　　要：霾是工业废气、废物弥散于空中,在气流静稳的自然气象条件下与雾气混合形成的污秽浊气,裹挟有毒重金属、硫酸盐、病毒、细菌等,导致其邪气属性复杂,兼具寒、湿、燥、热之性。霾邪易致寒燥伤肺证、痰湿蕴肺证、燥热耗津证、霾伏痰瘀证等四型。Haze is the filthy and turbid gas carrying along toxic heavy metals,sulfate,virus,bacteria and others,it is formed by the industrial waste,gas produced by modern civilization diffused in the air mixing with fog under the natural meteorological conditions of static and stable airflow,and it leads to the complexity of the pathogen,somg has the nature of cold,damp,dry and heat,and the patients could be classified into cold-dryness damaging lung pattern,accumulation of phlegm-dampness in lung pattern,dryness-heat consuming fluid pattern and smog hiding and phlegm-stagnation pattern in clinic.
