沙棘柴术胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效及其对性激素T、LH/FSH的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究沙棘柴术胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效及其对性激素睾酮(testosterone,T)、黄体生成素/促卵泡激素(luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone,LH/FSH)的影响。方法:采用随机、双盲、平行对照的试验设计方法,选取120例女性成人体质指数(body mass index,BMI)≥30的单纯性肥胖自愿受试患者,按照1:1的比例进行随机分组,试验组与对照组各60例,试验组服用沙棘柴术胶囊,对照组服用安慰剂,疗程60天。试验过程中试验组脱落2例,对照组脱落3例。试验结束揭盲后,分析沙棘柴术胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖症的疗效以及对性激素T、LH/FSH比值的影响。结果:试验组患者试验前后体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围、皮下脂肪厚度(B、C、D点)、体脂含量等均低于试验前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且T、LH/FSH水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙棘柴术胶囊不仅可以有效治疗肥胖症,还可通过调节性激素T、LH/FSH等水平预防发生多囊卵巢综合征。Objective:To survey clinical effects of Shaji Chaizhu capsules in the treatment for simple obesity and its influence on sex hormone T and LH/FSH.Methods:Through using a randomized,double-blind,parallel controlled trial design method,120 female adult volunteers with BMI≥30 were randomized into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1,the test group and the control group,60 cases each group,the test group took Shaji Chaizhu capsules,and the control group placebo,the course was 60 days.Two cases dropped in the test group and three cases in the control group during the testing process.By the end of the test,to analyze clinical effects of Shaji Chaizhu capsules in the treatment for simple obesity and its influence on sex hormone T and LH/FSH.Results:Body mass,BMI,waistline,hipline,subcutaneous fat thickness(B、C、D),body fat index of the test group after the test were lower than these before testing,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05),and the levels of T and LH/FSH were lower than those of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaji Chaizhu capsules could not only effectively treat obesity,but also prevent the incidence of PCOS through regulating the levels of sex hormone T and LH/FSH.
