摘 要:随着社会的进步与医疗卫生事业改革的逐渐深入,社会对于复合型中医药人才的需求进一步提升,尤其对医护人员的管理能力提出了更高的要求,这些决定了中医药类高校有必要开展“中医药+管理”的复合型人才培养。本文以北京中医药大学中医药专业开展管理学辅修双学位教育的实践经验为例针对其中的教学模式、时间安排、考核方式等存在的问题进行探索,并为完善双学位教育管理提出了结合双学位教育特点完善教学管理信息化系统、培养方案设置和安排与主修专业合理衔接、强化教学过程管理与教学质量评价、制定完善的管理规章制度的建议与思考。With the progress of society and the deepening of medical and health service reform,the demand for compound talents of traditional Chinese medicine is further improved,especially for the management ability of medical staff put forward higher requirements.All these determine that it is necessary for colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine to carry out“TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)+Management”compound talent training.This paper takes Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine University as an example of the practical experience of carrying out the double degree education of management in the major of traditional Chinese medicine,in view of the teaching mode,time arrangement,assessment methods and other existing problems to explore.At the same time,in order to improve the management of double-degree education,some suggestions and thoughts are given,such as perfecting the information system of teaching management based on the characteristics of double-degree education,establishing and arranging training programs reasonably connected with majors,strengthening the management of teaching process and the evaluation of teaching quality,and formulating perfect management rules and regulations.
