“申请考核制”博士招生条件下临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养方法的初步探讨

摘　　要：临床医学硕士专业学位研究生(规培住院医师)培训合格后可同时获得医学硕士专业学位与规培合格证书,目标是培养具备较强临床能力、操作技能和临床科研能力的应用型医学专门人才,目前越来越多的医学院校开始采取“申请考核制”的博士招生办法,为提高临床医学硕士专业学位研究生参加“申请考核制”博士成功的机会,结合博士招生要求,上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院普外科就如何有效统一两者的培训内容和方式进行了有益的探索,在成立导师组的前提下为每位学生指定了临床与科研双导师,即改善普通外科住院医师规范化培训的效果,又提高临床医学硕士专业学位研究生的科研思维与能力,为申请博士奠定坚实的基础。Postgraduates for professional master degree of clinical medicine co-cultured with standardized training of residents can get a professional degree in clinical medicine and a qualified certificate of standardized training of residents after qualified training.The purpose of this program is to develop practical senior medical talents with better clinical ability,skills and a certain clinical scientific research ability.At present,more and more medical schools are adopting the“application-assessment system”to recruit doctors.To improve the chances of professional master degree of clinical medicine participating in the“application-assessment system”for doctor’s degree,in combination with the requirements for doctoral admission,a beneficial exploration to improve the effect of unified content and mode of this program has been carried on in the department of general surgery of Xinhua hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong university school of medicine.Under the premise of setting up a tutor group,each student is assigned a clinical and scientific tutor which is to improve the effect of standardized training for resident physicians in general surgery and the scientific research thought and ability of professional master degree of clinical medicine.These methods will lay a solid foundation for doctoral application.
