摘　　要：健康中国2030战略实施需要医学教育培养出更多高素质卓越医学创新人才。依托新医科建设稳步推进金课体系建设是提高医学人才培养手段的重要抓手。本文通过系统分析医学细胞生物学课程教学所面临的问题,针对性地提出了该课程的金课建设路径:优化任课教师队伍建设;打造“教师、教材、教学方法、新信息技术”四位一体的教学新模式;必要的课程整合,提高教学质量;改革实验课教学;优化考试、考核方式等。To achieve the goals of the Healthy China 2030 strategy,efforts should be made in the many aspects including the cultivation of distinguished medical talents.In this process,building a large number of gold standard medical courses is essential to make the great plan come true.In this paper,focusing on the issues and challenges that have been encountered during the teaching of the course medical cell biology,we put forward reasonable proposals for building the gold standard of the course.
