摘　　要：广东梅县松口镇是岭南四大古镇之一,历史悠久,在这个繁华的地域里无数鲜活的生命谱写出自己的故事。千年后的松口古镇,在思想与经济飞跃发展的背景下,面临保护与发展的双向难题。保护并不是止步,发展更非破坏,在保护与发展之间寻求共存点是松口古镇需要解决的重要问题。为更好地解决这一问题,论文根据实际调研,采用SWOT分析方法,因地制宜提出古镇保护与发展的思路,以期助力古镇复兴与繁荣,促进古镇可持续发展。Songkou town in Meixian County,Guangdong Province,is one of the four ancient towns in the south of the five ridges.It has a long history.In this prosperous area,countless fresh lives compose their own stories.The Songkou ancient town after a thousand years is facing the two-way problem of protection and development under the background of the rapid development of ideology and economy.Protection is not a stop,development is not destruction.Seeking a coexistence point between protection and development is an important problem that needs to be resolved in Songkou ancient town.In order to better solve this problem,based on actual investigations,the paper adopts SWOT analysis method to put forward ideas for the protection and development of the ancient town according to local conditions,so as to boost the revival and prosperity of the ancient town and promote the sustainable development of the ancient town.
