典型土方工程施工项目过程的风险识别、评价和管控

摘　　要：论文以土地工程中典型的土方作业过程为研究对象,全面分析了作业过程的特点,并从特点出发分析了全过程可能存在的危险有害因素,随后利用LEC法定量评价了土方开挖和基础施工两个阶段的风险,得出了风险分布的一般规律,指出了该过程中可能出现的高度风险点。最后从风险分级管控的思路出发,从五个方面提出了预防控制措施。This paper takes the typical earthwork operation in land engineering as the research object,comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of the operation process.Based on the characteristics,this paper analyzes the possible dangerous and harmful factors in the whole process,and then uses LEC method to quantitatively evaluate the risks in the two stages of earthwork excavation and foundation construction,obtains the general law of risk distribution,and points out the high risk points that may appear in this process.Finally,from the idea of risk grading management and control,the prevention and control measures are put forward from five aspects.
