摘　　要：高校二级党校是保障学生党员、干部供应的重要阵地。大学生政治认同培育工作作为思想政治教育的重要内容,备受党和高校重视。受外部环境等多种因素影响,当代大学生政治认同存在诸多问题,有必要从高校二级党校建设视角,系统探索提高大学生政治认同感的针对性对策,以加强和巩固大学生政治认同,提高二级党校办学水平和学员质量,促进高校学生党建工作高质量发展。The secondary party school is the vital position to ensure the supply of party members and student leaders. As the important content of ideological and political education, college students’ political identity cultivation is highly emphasized by the party and colleges. Effected by the external environment and other factors, there are many problems in contemporary college students’ political identity. It is necessary to systematically explore suggestions to promote the political identity of college students from the perspective of the construction of secondary party schools in colleges and universities, so as to strengthen and consolidate the political identity of college students, improve the secondary party school education level and the quality of students, and promote the highquality development of the party construction of college students.
