摘　　要：随着广西中烟“真龙”牌号系列(细支烟)的市场需求快速增长,南宁卷烟厂异型(细支烟)生产基地的生产规模不断扩大,成品高架库异型(细支烟)出入库设备的设计能力已不能满足当前生产规模的需求。论文主要介绍南宁卷烟厂成品高架库物流团队利用旧设备和原有空间,对异型(细支烟)出入库设备进行分析、改造及升级,可以极大地提高异型(细支烟)出入库能力与效率,并减少外聘劳务人员的使用,提升出入库分拣自动化程度,有效实现降本增效。With the rapid growth of the market demand of"Zhenlong"brand series(slim cigarette)of China Tobacco Guangxi Industrial Company Limited,the production scale of special type(slim cigarette)production base of Nanning Cigarette Factory continues to expand,and the design capacity of the special type(slim cigarette)loading and unloading equipment of the end product high-rack warehouse can no longer meet the needs of the current production scale.This paper mainly introduces that the logistics team of the end product high-rack warehouse of Nanning Cigarette Factory used the old equipment and the original space to analyze,transform and upgrade the special type(slim cigarette)loading and unloading equipment,which can greatly improve the capacity and efficiency of the special type(slim cigarette)loading and unloading,reduce the use of external labor personnel,improve the sorting automation degree of loading and unloading,and effectively realize the cost reduction and effect improvement.
