“七化”特色疼痛护理模式在动静脉内瘘穿刺术病人中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨“七化”特色疼痛护理模式在动静脉内瘘穿刺术病人中的应用效果。[方法]根据方便抽样法选取广东省肇庆市第一人民医院进行动静脉内瘘血液透析治疗的病人48例作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各24例。对照组病人实施常规护理,观察组病人在常规护理基础上实施“七化”特色疼痛护理模式。比较两组病人干预前后疼痛程度评分、焦虑状态评分和治疗依从性评分。[结果]观察组病人疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组病人状态焦虑和特质焦虑评分低于干预前,观察组病人评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病人依从性得分均高于干预前,且观察组病人依从性得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]“七化”特色疼痛护理模式可有效缓解动静脉内瘘穿刺术病人疼痛和焦虑程度,提高病人治疗依从性。Objective:To explore the application effect of"Seven modes"specific pain nursing management for patients undergoing arteriovenous fistula puncture.Methods:According to the convenience sampling method,a total of 48 patients undergoing arteriovenous fistula puncture were selected from Zhaoqing First People′s Hospital of Guangdong province.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 24 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine care and the patients in observation group received the"Seven modes"specific pain nursing management based on routine care.The pain degree score,anxiety state score,and treatment compliance score of patients were compared before and after the intervention between the two groups.Results:The pain score of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the patients in observation group and control group had lower state anxiety score and trait anxiety score than before the intervention,and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance scores of patients in two groups were higher than that before the intervention,and the compliance score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The"Seven modes"specific pain nursing management could effectively relieve the pain and anxiety of patients undergoing arteriovenous fistula puncture,and improve patients′compliance with treatment.
