规范化护理在微创经皮肾取石术病人中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨规范化护理在微创经皮肾取石术病人中的应用。[方法]选取本院收治的92例肾结石病人为研究对象,均实施微创经皮肾取石术,按电脑数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组各46例,对照组术中实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施规范化护理,对比两组创面愈合情况、应激反应及舒适度。[结果]护理后,试验组病人创面愈合效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组病人应激反应程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组舒适度评分为(83.23±15.66)分,比对照组(56.35±13.85)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]肾结石病人微创经皮肾取石术中实施规范化护理有助于促进创面愈合,减轻应激反应并提升舒适度。Objective:To analyze the application of standardized care for patients with renal calculus undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and its influence on healing of surgical wounds.Methods:A total of 92 patients with renal calculus admitted to this hospital were selected as the research objects,and they all performed minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.According to the computer digital table method,the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 46 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine intraoperative procedures for nursing.The patients in experimental group implemented standardized nursing based on the control group.The wound healing status,stress response and comfort degree were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the wound healing effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the stress response in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comfort score in the experimental group was(83.23±15.66),which was higher than that in the control group(56.35±13.85),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of standardized nursing or patients with renal calculus undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy could help to promote wound healing,reduce stress and improve comfort.
