摘 要:因吊桶提升无法满足高效建设的现状,根据大海则煤矿建设需要,四个立井井筒贯通后,对1#回风立井、2#回风立井进行临时改绞,以便施工二三期工程煤矸提升需要。提出了1#、2#回风立井提升临时改绞方案。本文主要分析1#回风立井临时改箕斗选型计算和安全校验,确定提升系统设备选型方案,并对其提升能力进行了计算,满足矿井掘进工程煤矸提升需要,大大缩短了建井工期、有效节约建设成本。Since the hoisting of bucket cannot meet the current situation of efficient construction,according to the needs of coal mine construction in the sea,after the four shaft shafts are connected,the no.1 air return shaft and no.2 air return shaft are temporarily twisted,so as to meet the lifting needs of coal and gangue in the second and third phase of the construction.Put forward 1#,2#return air shaft lift temporary modification plan.This paper mainly analyzes the type selection calculation and safety check of skip temporarily modified in 1#return air shaft,determines the type selection plan of lifting system equipment,and calculates its lifting capacity,which can meet the lifting needs of coal gangue in mine excavation project,greatly shortens the construction period and effectively saves the construction cost.
