摘　　要：济宁二号煤矿地质条件复杂,煤层起伏变化大,煤层厚度赋存不稳定,工作面储量较小。之前,我矿回采率管理重点性、严密性欠突出,奖惩力度不能最大限度地激发区队及有关管理人员提高回采率管理的主动性和自觉性。故在积累了多年回采率管理经验的基础上,近两年,根据年度生产计划及采场情况,采用了适应矿井实际情况的“闭合式”管理和“叠加式”奖罚的回采率管理模式,通过实践经验,矿井的回采率管理具有针对性、重点性和全面性的特点,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Jining No.2 Coal Mine has complex geological conditions,large fluctuations in coal seams,unstable coal seam thickness,and small working face reserves.Previously,the mine's recovery rate management was not focused and rigorous,and the reward and punishment efforts could not maximize the incentive and consciousness of the district team and related management personnel to improve the recovery rate management.Therefore,based on accumulated years of experience in recovery rate management,in the past two years,according to the annual production plan and mining conditions,the"closed"management and"superimposed"recovery rate management model adapted to the actual situation of the mine has been adopted.Through practical experience,mine recovery rate management has the characteristics of pertinence,focus and comprehensiveness,and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
