摘 要:渤海湾海洋平台大型组块浮托安装时,按船舶进船方向可分为纵向浮托和横向浮托两种,不同的浮托方向对平台的设计、建造、安装影响较大。对两种浮托方法在渤海湾平台项目中的实际应用进行了统计分析,并从总体布置、滑靴设计及支点反力、单位面积用钢量和面积拓展以及拖航稳性等方面进行了深入比较,得出纵向浮托法具有支点反力小、单位面积用钢量小、面积拓展大等优势;而横向浮托法具有泵体布置方便、结构刚度大、主腿规格小、拖航运动较小等优势。综合比较,纵向浮托法在渤海湾平台建设中具有更明显的优势。该分析可为大型浮托组块可行性研究和设计提供技术参考。In the float-over installation of large topsides of offshore platforms in Bohai Bay,float-over can be divided into longitudinal method and transverse method according to the direction of ship entering.The difference in float-over direction will greatly affect the design,construction and installation of offshore platform.Based on the statistical analysis of actual applications of the two float-over methods in Bohai Bay platform projects,and through the deep comparisons in the overall layout,slipper design and support reaction,steel quantity per unit area,area expansion and towing stability,it is concluded that the longitudinal float-over method has the advantages such as small support reaction,small steel quantity per unit area and large area expansion;and the transverse float-over method has the advantages such as convenient arrangement of pumps,large structural stiffness,small size of main leg and small towing motion.By comprehensive comparisons,the longitudinal float-over method has more obvious advantages in platform construction in Bohai Bay.
