校园总体规划修编对高校土地集约利用影响的研究——以青岛理工大学为例

摘　　要：利用多因素综合评价法对比分析校园总体规划修编前后高校土地集约利用的情况,探究校园总体规划修编对高校土地集约利用的影响。研究表明校园总体规划修编能够解决校园规划建设的突出矛盾,完善高校土地集约利用相关机制;实现高校土地集约利用的有效途径,推动高校用地方式向内涵式挖掘转变;提高高校土地集约利用的科学化程度,促进高等教育事业持续健康发展。Through comparative analysis and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation,this paper studies the intensive use of land in a university before and after the revision of the overall campus plan,compares and analyzes the impact of the revision of the overall campus plan on the intensive use of land in universities,and summarizes its value in the context of traditional drivers being replaced by new ones.It shows that the revision and compilation of overall campus planning can solve the prominent contradictions of campus planning and construction,and improve the relevant mechanism of intensive land use in colleges and universities;To realize effective intensive use of land in colleges and universities and promote the transformation of land use mode in colleges and universities to implicative excavation;make intensive land use in universities more scientific and promote the sustainable and healthy development of higher education.
