摘　　要：结合“新基建”的本质特征对我国医院基础设施建设发展趋势进行分析,得出医院建设属于“新基建”中的融合基础设施范畴,总结分析“医院新基建”在5G、人工智能、物联网、大数据等技术领域的应用。在此基础上针对当前我国发展“医院新基建”在顶层设计、投资政策、产业扶持政策、项目管理研究和人才培养五个方面提出一系列政策和对策建议。Combining with the essential characteristics of“new infrastructure”,this paper analyzes the development trend of hospital infrastructure construction in China,asserts that the hospital construction belongs to the category of converged infrastructure in“new infrastructure”.Then,summarizes and analyzes the application of“new hospital infrastructure”in 5G,artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,big data and other technical fields.On this basis,proposes a series of policies and countermeasures in the five aspects of top-level design,investment policy,industrial support policy,project management research and talent training for the development of“new hospital infrastructure”.
