摘　　要：通过对可行性考察的工作重点及突出问题的梳理及分析,采用问题导向的研究方法,从宏观及微观两个层面,对如何解决突出问题、提升工作质量提出应对策略。该对策的应用有利于规避对外援助成套项目可行性考察过程中可能出现的不良行为,同时也为相关政策及标准的制定提供了素材。Through concluding and analyzing the key points and outstanding problems of feasibility investigation,the paper provides relevant countermeasures for solving the outstanding problems and improving the quality of work from the macroscopic and microscopic levels based on the problem-oriented research method.The countermeasures are helpful to avoid the bad behavior during the feasibility investigation,and are also a source provided to formulate relevant policy and standard for complete China-aid projects.
