摘　　要：利用灰靶理论的动态评价方法,引入时间加权平均算子进行二次加权,构建建筑业省域发展水平的动态评价模型,对2012~2018年我国31个省的建筑业发展水平进行动态综合评价,期望为省域建筑业发展水平评价和发展提供参考。With the dynamic evaluation method of grey target theory,the paper uses time weighted average operator to carry out the secondary weighting,constructs the dynamic evaluation model of the provincial development level of construction industry.And carries out the dynamic comprehensive evaluation of the development level of construction industry in 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2018.Hopes to provide references for the dynamic Evaluation of regional development.
