摘　　要：云勘查模式是指借助各种科学技术手段和工作机制,实现勘查量的最大化,从而实现侦查线索和犯罪证据获取最大化的一种勘查模式。它具有勘查对象的不确定性及勘查手段高度智能化等特点,具备云记录、云搜索、云识别、云提取等基本功能。勘查主体认识的不确定性是该模式产生的哲学基础,科技的发展是该模式得以实现的技术支撑,该模式亦是大数据侦查的必然要求。Cloud exploration mode refers to a kind of exploration mode that realizes the maximization of exploration volume and the maximization of the acquisition of investigative clues and criminal evidence with the help of various scientific and technological means and working mechanisms.It is characterized by the uncertainty of exploration objects and the high intelligence of exploration means.It should have cloud record,cloud search,cloud identification,cloud extraction and other basic functions.The uncertainty of the subject of exploration is the philosophical basis of the model.The development of science and technology is the technical support to realize the model,and the model is also the inevitable requirement of big data investigation.
