摘　　要：提高新时代政治建警的实效性,需要从思想建设、制度建设、文化建设三个维度展开。其中,思想建设为政治建警奠定坚实的理论认识根基,制度建设为政治建警提供严密的规则制度保障,文化建设为政治建警营造忠诚、服从的文化氛围。三个维度是一个系统,三位一体,共同推进政治建警的健康发展。To improve the effectiveness of political police construction in the new era,it is necessary to start from the three dimensions of ideological construction,institutional construction and cultural construction.Among them,ideological construction lays a solid theoretical foundation for political construction of police,institutional construction provides strict rules and institutional guarantee for political construction of police,and cultural construction creates a cultural atmosphere of loyalty and obedience for political construction of police.The three dimensions are a system and a trinity to promote the healthy development of political construction and police together.
