摘　　要：公安民警禁止行为源于法律规范和对警察的纪律要求。除了对所有公安民警适用的一般禁止性行为规范外,不同警种、岗位不得为的行为存在明显差异,具有鲜明的警种、岗位特点。域外警察法中禁止性行为的相关制度,值得我们借鉴。The forbidden behaviors of the police staffs originate from the legal norms and the discipline requirements of the police.In addition to the general code of prohibited behaviors applicable to all police officers,there are obvious different types of norms due to police types and positions.The relevant systems of forbidden behavior in the law of foreign police is worthy of our reference.
