On Experience of Treating Children′s Frequent Nictation with Syndrome Differentiation

摘　　要：目劄的治疗注重辨证治疗,标本兼治,调理身体脏腑机能,改善患儿体质,达到病体同治的目的。脾虚肝旺证治当以健脾开胃、平肝清火,方选肥儿丸加减;燥邪犯肺证治以养阴清热、生津润目,方选养阴清肺汤加减;肝肾阴虚证治以滋阴降火,方选知柏地黄汤加减;肝郁不疏证治以疏肝解郁,方选柴胡疏肝散加减。此外,需考虑小儿形气未充,脏腑娇嫩的特殊情况,在辨证用药的基础上,应准确把握好药的度,因人、因时、因地择优选方用药。The treatment of frequent nictation focuses on syndrome differentiation,treating the primary and secondary aspects at the same time,regulating the function of viscera,and improving the constitution of children in order to achieve the goal of treating the disease and regulating body at the same time.For spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome,the treatment should focus on invigorating spleen and harmonizing stomach,pacifying liver and clearing fire.Modified Childhood-Malnutrition Rectifying Pill can be used.For dryness pathogen invading lung syndrome,the treatment should focus on nourishing yin,clearing heat,generating fluid and moistening eyes.Modified Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Clearing Decoction can be used.For liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,the treatment should focus on nourishing yin and clearing fire.Modified Anemarrhena and Phellodendron and Rehmannia can be used.For liver depression syndrome,the treatment should focus on soothing liver and relieving depression.Modified Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder can be used.In addition,it is necessary to consider the special situation of children with incomplete shape and qi and delicate viscera.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,we should accurately grasp the degree of medicine and choose the best formulas and medicine according to person,time and place together.
