黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡60例

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将120例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后胃黏膜组织学评分、生活质量评分;检测两组患者治疗前后炎性因子水平及胃消化功能指标[胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃动素(motilin,MTL)及血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)]。结果:对照组有效率为73.33%,观察组有效率为88.33%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后胃黏膜组织学评分、炎性因子水平、生活质量评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MTL高于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后高于对照组治疗后,GAS、VIP低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡,可降低患者炎性因子水平,促进胃黏膜愈合,改善胃消化功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction on gastric ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 patients with gastric ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Modified Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,histological score and quality of life score of gastric mucosa before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.The levels of inflammatory factors and gastric digestive function indexes including gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) before and after the treatment were detected.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,and that of the observation group was 88.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the gastric mucosal histological score,inflammatory factor level and quality of life score of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,MTL of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before the treatment,and the observation group′s was higher than that of the control group after the treatment,while GAS and VIP were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the observation group′s were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of gastric ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome,Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,promote the healing of gastric muco
