摘　　要：脾胃病虽证候繁杂,然不外乎纳与运、升与降、燥与湿三个方面,湿邪致病,以脾居多。姜树民教授常用芳香化湿醒脾法燥湿以治疗暑湿之证;用清热燥湿实脾法治疗湿热痞满、黄疸、泄泻、下痢等病证;用淡渗利湿法治疗脾湿过盛之证及下焦湿热之淋证;用祛风胜湿运脾法配伍羌活、独活二药治疗风湿之邪侵袭肌表所出现的肩背不适、身腰冷痛、畏寒泄泻等病证;用辛温苦燥之厚朴、陈皮、木香等药以行气祛湿理脾治疗气滞中焦之胃痞病;用温燥之品以温化寒湿暖脾治疗寒湿困脾之泄泻、水肿、呕吐等疾病。姜教授临证时,灵活运用各种化湿祛湿法,擅用对药或角药,祛湿治标,健脾治本,标本兼顾。Although the syndrome of spleen-stomach disease is complex,it involves three aspects:absorption and transportation,ascending and descending,dryness and dampness.Pathogenic dampness easily causes disease,and the spleen is often attacked by it.Professor Jiang Shu-min often uses aromatic herbs resolving dampness for enlivening the spleen to treat summer-heat dampness;clearing away heat and drying dampness for strengthening the spleen to treat dampness-heat stuffiness and fullness,jaundice,diarrhea,etc.;eliminating dampness with bland medicinal for invigorating the spleen to treat the syndrome of excessive dampness of spleen and stranguria with the syndrome of dampness and heat of lower energizer;expelling wind and eliminating dampness for activating the spleen combined with Qianghuo(Radix et Rhizoma Notopterygii) and Duhuo(Radix Angelicae Pubescentis) to treat shoulder-back discomfort,body-waist cold pain,aversion to cold and diarrhea caused by the invasion of rheumatism;moving qi and eliminating dampness for regulating the spleen with pungent-warm and bitter-dry medicinals such as Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae),Muxiang(Radix Aucklandiae),etc.to treat gastric distention caused by qi stagnation in middle energizer;warming and resolving cold and dampness for warming the spleen with warm-dry medicinals to treat diarrhea,edema,vomiting due to cold-dampness encumbering spleen.In clinical practice,Professor Jiang flexibly adopts all kinds of methods of eliminating and resolving dampness,and is good at using paired drugs or horn medicinals to treat the primary by strengthening spleen and secondary aspects by eliminating dampness at the same time.
