人工流产后关爱微信平台随访模式应用及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产后关爱(post abortion care,PAC)微信平台随访模式的应用及影响因素。方法选择2019年1月在四川省妇幼保健院行人工流产并接受PAC服务的200例女性为研究对象,以单独咨询的先后排序确定单双号,单号微信扫码关注随访平台为观察组(100例),随访平台根据研究对象入组和手术时间自动推送术前、术后注意事项和术后1月、3月和6月随访表单,自动统计建立随访电子档案;双号电话随访入对照组(100例),随访人员在术后1月、3月和6月进行电话随访并建立随访档案。比较两组术后1、3、6月的有效随访率,并分析有效随访率的影响因素。结果两组对象术后1月有效随访率比较(85.00%vs 82.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3、6月观察组有效随访率(73.00%、67.00%)均高于对照组(57.00%、32.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组随访对象随时间延长,有效随访率降低,随访平台投入人力时间优于电话随访。影响有效随访的因素中电话随访受随访时间、场所的限制;随访平台受平台的完善模式、信息覆盖、随访对象的保健意识以及年龄等因素影响。结论PAC术后随访应人工与信息化相结合,既节约人力,又能使微信随访平台作用最大化。Objective To explore the application of WeChat platform in follow-up of post-abortion care(PAC)and its influencing factors.Methods 200 women who underwent induced abortion and received PAC services in Sichuan Provincial Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital in January 2019 were selected.Single and double numbers were determined in the order of individual consultations,the single number using WeChat platform was set as the observation group,the follow-up platform automatically pushed preoperative and postoperative precautions and follow-up forms for 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery,automatically established follow-up electronic files.The double-number using telephone follow-up was entered into the control group.The follow-up personnel conducted telephone follow-up 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery,and established follow-up files.The effective follow-up rates were compared between the two groups 1,3,and 6 months after surgery,and the influencing factors of the effective follow-up rates were analyzed.Results Comparison of effective follow-up rates at 1 month after surgery(85.00%vs 82.00%)between the two groups,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Effective follow-up rates of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after surgery(73.00%,67.00%)both were higher than the control group(57.00%,32.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the effective follow-up rate of the two groups decreased with the time prolonged.The time spent on the follow-up platform was better than telephone follow-up.Among the factors affecting effective follow-up,telephone follow-up was limited by the follow-up time and place;the follow-up platform was affected by the platform's perfect model,information coverage,health awareness of the follow-up object,and age.Conclusion The post-operative follow-up of PAC should be combined with manual and informatization,which not only saves manpower,but also maximizes the role of WeChat follow-up platform.
