摘　　要：价值链是企业管理机制改革创新的重要理论基础。文章从价值链视角重新审视了化工企业生产管理的内部问题,首先详细解释了价值链视角的相关概念及价值链分析的作用,然后从价值链的视角分析了化工行业的内部价值链、纵向价值链及竞争者价值链,最终以此分析为基础,提出基于价值链分析的企业价值提升措施。From the perspective of value chain which is an important theoretical basis for the reform and innovation of management mechanism,this paper reexamined the internal problems of production management in chemical enterprises.Firstly,the concept of value chain and the function of value chain analysis were explained in detail.Secondly,the internal value chain,vertical value chain and competitor analysis of chemical industry were analyzed from the perspective of value chain.Finally,with the obtained analysis results,the measures of enterprise value promotion were put forward based on value chain analysis.
