摘 要:可能导致己二酸产品中含有微量固体杂质的途径主要有:(1)干燥冷、热鼓风机带入;(2)精酸离心机滤饼洗涤水带入;(3)前工序粗酸工艺带入;(4)包装后至封袋之间空气带入。其中途径1和途径4主要以灰尘为主,杂质含量高的同时灰分含量会涨。途径2主要表现为脱盐水系统中设备、管道衬胶、碎树脂为主。途径3主要以活性炭为主。通过采用国标分析法及溶解抽滤法等方法分析杂质来源,并提出解决方案,保障己二酸产品质量,适应各类下游客户使用。The main ways that may lead to trace solid impurities in adipic acid products are:(1)dry cold and hot air blower;(2)washing water was brought into the refined acid centrifuge filter cake;(3)crude acid process in the previous process was brought in;(4)air is brought in between the packing and the sealing bag.Pathway 1 and Pathway 4 are mainly composed of dust,and ash content will increase with high impurity content.Pathway 2 is mainly manifested as equipment,pipeline liner and broken resin in desalted water system.Pathway 3 is mainly activated carbon.The sources of impurities were analyzed by national standard analysis method and dissolution and extraction method,and solutions were put forward to ensure the quality of adipate products and adapt to the use of all kinds of downstream customers.
